Senior Medical Assisting student, Anu Alfred, took advantage of an internship opportunity offered to her through the Delaware Area Career Center. She worked with the Nationwide Children’s Hospital this past summer and she stated, “It gave me more knowledge about what I want to do in the future.”
Anu is planning on pursuing a career as a labor delivery or NICU nurse after high school. She appreciates the opportunity to meet professionals, create connections, and will continue to use the skills she's learning in the future.
