Fees
Fees for the 2023-2024 school year can be paid beginning August 9th, 2023.
Student Assistance and Fee Waiver forms will be updated for the 2023-2024 school year August 1st, 2023.
Description of Fee Statement
(divided into three sections)
Section 1: Items the Delaware Area Career Center will order on behalf of your student specific to their selected lab for which you will be responsible for paying.
Section 2: An additional lab fee applies for each Science and English Course scheduled for your student.
Section 3: Items you will need to purchase on your own. With the exception of some lab uniforms, you may purchase these items any time prior to the start of school. Please reach out to the lab instructor if you have additional questions.
Payment Options
The Delaware Area Career Center accepts checks, credit card, online payments and will be happy to work with you to establish a payment plan should you need one.
The PaySchools Central System:
All school fees are to be made starting August 10th and no later than September 30th. Fees can be paid online through PaySchools Central using a credit card. A step sheet to assist in this process is located here.
In order to use this option, you will need to set up a separate account from your student’s home school, if applicable. You will also need to know your six-digit student number which will be on your student schedules. Returning students will have the same six-digit number as last year.
Payment Plan:
This needs to be set up with Lilian Robinson, RobinsonL@DelawareAreaCC.org, or 740-203-2230. This will allow you to break the payment up into more than one payment.

Household Information Survey:
You may be eligible to have all or part of your student fees waived except for your CTSO dues. Students will need to apply annually at DACC even if they have already applied at the homeschool. To determine eligibility for additional state and federal program benefits for which your child may qualify, please complete, sign, and return the below Household Income Survey to DACC.
DACC must have our own form completed separately from your home school.

Student Assistance:
An application needs to be filled out from the main office to potentially qualify to have fees paid for by the student assistance committee.
